Reporting cybersecurity vulnerabilities and security incidents

Have you identified a cybersecurity vulnerability, a security issue or a security incident relating to an
NBB Controls + Components GmbH product?

Please use the reporting form below and contact our Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) at:

• Download the Security Vulnerability & Incident Report form.
• Send the completed form to security@nbb.de.

We will review every report confidentially and contact you if necessary to clarify any details.

This form can be used in particular to report the following issues:

• Suspected or confirmed cybersecurity vulnerabilities
• Evidence of active exploitation of vulnerabilities
• Security incidents relating to NBB products
• Unauthorised access or tampering
• Security-related malfunctions
• Other cybersecurity-related observations

Responsible Disclosure Policy

Please report vulnerabilities responsibly and give NBB Controls + Components GmbH the opportunity to investigate the matter and implement appropriate countermeasures before any details are made public.

Please avoid activities that:

• Disrupt systems or services
• Lead to service interruptions
• Compromise personal data
• Alter or damage customer systems
